They took great care of my baby girl chole

Called ahead to make sure they had the prescription we needed for our dog. Asked the hours to ensure we arrived before they closed. The person who answered the phone confirmed they had the item we needed and said they claw at 7:00. We arrived at 6:15 and the person at the desk at the hospital said they were closed. They apparently close at 6. She was doing something on the register and i asked if she could please give me the prescription dog food as my vet was completely out and my dog is on a special diet. She said no - she already closed the system down. Her customer service skills were severely lacking. Will not go back.

Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
