Arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. Was very confused as to where the receiving office was. Looked very crowded from the street. After figuring things out, went to the receiving door, called the number as instructed, and waited for an hour. Spoke with 3 people total, all were very professional and friendly. Actual unloading was fast. 2 hours total time. 15 minutes unloading. Best of all experiences of IP so far for me. Roads to this location are 9 feet wide. This is the correct path. Come in from the West. Overall, not bad for IP.
