The Pedicure was very good. The manicure was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever received. My fingernails actually looked worse after the service.

I felt as if the nail tech rushed on my nails, which later resulted in the gel polish chipping the same day. These services cost way too much to have this outcome. I did call to ask about having them repaired, and unfortunately I was told I could come in, sit and wait…and, my wait time would be at least an hour. I wouldn’t typically have an issue with this. But, as mentioned…I was in the day prior, waited an hour to have my nails done, in addition to the time it took to have them done. Please understand I wasn’t requesting to “ditch” others, but I was certainly expecting a different response from the business to rectify the situation, especially when the chipping was most likely a result of rushing. They no longer take appointments, which seems to create a more chaotic and rushed environment for both the staff and customers. I don’t plan to return to this establishment.
