Syntero has the friendliest staff and are so willing to go above and beyond to help their patients. Mental health help is definitely needed and such a shortage of great healthcare providers. We have been coming here for almost 6 months and would highly recommend it to others. Not all problems can be easily resolved or cured with medication but the combination of therapy and a patients efforts can lead to success. It take two people to work together and communicate.

Was with this company 2 times. First time was pre covid and I got alot of help until me myself stopped engaging as much with my social worker. Second time I really wanted help. It was as if they wouldn't help unless I got on medication and saw a psychiatrist even though I just wanted therapy. After my social worker quit and moved on my case was moved but I didn't get anyone to reach out. Then I finally reached out when I started to get bad again . I had a meeting after getting connected with a third social worker. Was supposed to get into therapy and counseling but was never contacted. Not once after the meeting. Even though she says she checks in weekly. Maybe I seemed fine so she didn't take me as a priority. I'm not sure. But overall would not recommend this company as my social worker quit and it seemed as no one after cared or maybe the work load was too much. Either way, I need help and took the time to get it but was never given the same. It's already hard to reach out when you have a problem. I just thought I could start to get on the right track. Seems to be a high turn over rate and not alot of attention or effort given to connect to us the people who need help. It's just sad when someone who finally reaches out for help gets shafted or pushed aside like they mean nothing. I'll get the help I need and so will you. Maybe just not with this company.

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU GET SOCIAL SECURITY ASSISTANCE IN ANY WAY NECESSARY, INCLUDING DOCUMENTATION NEEDED TO BE PROVIDED TO A LAWYER OR THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION. I have more reasons this company is trash, but I'm not putting my diagnoses and interactions with my psychiatrist and counselor on a public review. Just trust me when I tell you, this company cannot and will not help you beyond putting you on prescribed medication.
