Madison county winery is always a pleasure. Great staff, wine, beer and food. Also has a nice outdoor amphitheater style patio with great views and is a perfect venue for live music.

Wow, we just finished our supply of Madison County Wine and I realized I had never written a review. Fantastic Wine, we do a lot of motorcycling and car touring in retirement and this is one of the my wife's top 2 favorite wineries. You have to try them. We are going 300+ miles back for more. At the winery and at the Chamber of Commerce in Winterset along with some other shops in town.
We have a meat and cheese tray and a chocolate tray for sale at the winery. Some nights we bring out the wood fired pizza oven in the summer, but we announce those dates in advance on Facebook. We do allow you to bring in outside food and snacks, we just ask that you please clean up after yourselves. If you're bringing a birthday cake or something, you may want to think through disposable plates and utensils, because we are limited in that regard. Thank you!
Hi Linda - we apologize for the inconvenience. We used to be in a few stores in Iowa City but we are not currently. We are at a few Coralville Hy-Vee stores depending on what they have available at the time. With things selling a bit slower due to Covid, we are in a few less places than normal. I wish we had a better answer for you. We appreciate you seeking us out! Hopefully you can find us next time you're in the Coralville area.
I know that Target stores in the Des Moines area carries them but not sure about out of state.
