Brett Wears handled an estate sale online. Talk about Honest. WOW. They are fantastic, efficient, polite, and helpful. They got over 100 buyers in and out with their purchases in 4 hours. The bid is kept open until the bidding stops. That way someone can't come in and steal in the last 15 seconds. The timer resets and gives the item 5 more minutes. Then when 5 minutes without bids it ends. WEARS IS DEFINITELY 5 STARS.

Although I have used them multiple times and found quality items, the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I pointed out that another customer was loading my merchandise (which has happened previously) and staff yelled at me saying that I wasn't supposed to be there yet. They said they would handle it. They continued to speak disrespectfully to me after I apologized and explained the situation. I asked to be contacted by owner only to receive a form letter stating that I had violated their policies. Their staff wasn't following policies, as 2 of them helped load a couch for someone who came alone without help, leaving a line of people waiting to be assisted. Beware! Don't assume that you will get items described. Drawers full and 90% of it is TRASH that should have been disposed of but you are expected to take it all with you.

We love following Wears Online Auctions. We often get amazing prices on things we need (Or didn't know we needed. Lol). The staff is friendly and I greatly appreciate the care that they take in social distancing.

Was sold a bike with falsely represented data. When I confronted management about the issue, I was told they can say anything they want about the bike and it doesn't have to be true. "I could write $10,000 MSRP (on a bike that MSRP's at $1350) and you will still have to respect your bid" says Brent Wears. Watch out when bidding on items from this company. Terrible customer service, no respect.
