I went here with my brother-in-law to have a drink and to chat with some of the members. Nice place and cheap drinks. Good people in there that I was introduced to.

My father was past commander of this post 4 times cooked for many years the breakfasts,for the parades and many other functions..when my dad recently passed I called and left messages 3 times and never once received a call back from anyone from this post..very disappointed..instead the honor guard from post 86 performed the most beautiful service for my dad at his burial..so thank you post 86 for your wonderful tribute to my dad..and thanks for nothing to post 278 in stanhope!

. Went there to do a Boy Scouts presentation to the younger scouts we were delayed. Not a few minutes but almost an hour wait. Finally were able to clear half of the building so the younger scouts could do their event.
