I was so nervous to get my MRI but Rachael made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail. It’s so important when we’re going through things alone to have someone there with good bedside manner.

We travel from Queens NY to this location in Stamford CT for my mothers MRI. We always arrive 15-30 minutes before our scheduled appointment. For some reason it still takes 45 minutes or more to be seen. The folks there are nice but the wait is just as long as our travel. 🥴
