Friendly staff and delicious beers. I was surprised at how good the gose was. Perfectly tart. The kölsch was very traditional as well and cold and refreshing. Best beer on the menu was the Zwickelbier so be sure to get that. I didn’t order any food but sat at the bar and watched the pizza oven operation. Everything looked great.

Good, not great. That being said, the service was good. We didn’t feel rushed at all and our server showed up whenever we needed him. We tried the beer battered pickles, sausage pizza and artichoke pizza. This is where we lost one star. The pizza was good, but center loaded and the sauce was just ok. The crust, however, was good and really the star of the show. We’d go back again.

Delightful staff and delicious beer. Elephino is well balanced for a double IPA - sometimes they can be too sweet. I ❤️ the India dark. Had the shishito peppers and they were soooo good I did not take time out for a photo. We devoured them. 🙂

Red Rock Brewing is an absolute favorite of mine. For a few years now some friends and I go for birthdays and it’s always delicious. The pizzas are all good, among the sandwiches the patty melt is great too. But my favorite, by far, is their French onion steak sandwich. It’s just fantastic through and through. It’s steak, Gruyère cheese, mozzarella, caramelized onions, on toasted sourdough with French onion an juis for dipping. You need to use a knife and fork, and the sandwich gets soggy so don’t dilly dally. But man, this is good food. I 100% recommend the sweet potato waffle fries as the side. All their sides are good but the sweet potato fries are the unanimously the best (at least among my party). I always get their draft root beer. But I’ve been told their selection of drinks is top notch. PRO TIP: The menu offerings at their downtown location vs fashion place and park city are slightly different. They’re mostly the same. But if you have a specific thing you’re looking for give the menu a glance before you go. For example, their bread pudding (a favorite of mine) is only served at fashion place.

Brunch is on Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Limited parking behind the restaurant. Paid parking lot across the street. If it isn't busy, there is usually parking behind the restaurant though.
Andre thanks so much for considering us for your event. Unfortunately I would not have availability for a reservation of that size. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Red Rock Management
Sadly even the small patio out front does not meet Salt Lake City health code regulations for allowing dogs.
Yes. It is a restaurant as well as a brewery.
Yes
There is a outdoor area.. but not sure if it is dog friendly
