Pizza was good. But we came for a buffet as it's advertised. However there was no buffet. Also the total of our bill, after tip, should've been around $21. However our card was charged $37. The prices on the board are not accurate. The small cheese pizza was supposed to be $4.50. Instead we were charged $9.33.

Ordered 3 items for delivery: Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Margherita Pizza, Cheese Pull Apart. My overall feeling is the place is good, but you might play roulette with the pizzas. Cheese Pull Apart: 5 stars, easy. Great flavor, texture, and value. Comes with ranch and "meh marinara," both of which probably come from a bottle. Marinara is better, but a good dipping sauce could elevate the pull apart to the best in the valley. Margherita pizza: It's such a sad thing I can't give the restaurant a 5 star review. The pizza crust was doughy and massively undercooked. I had to throw it in the oven. I even prefer doughy to overcooked, but this was like they forgot to start the oven until half way through. Otherwise pretty good, if a bit heavy on tomato and light on sauce. It's not a classic Margherita tomato/cheese/cream deal, but instead a standard marinara with mozzarella dotted on it. If this is all I got, I'd be giving a 2-star review. Buffalo chicken + add feta: Really nice, 5 stars. It actually borders on too much meat for what I want on a pizza, but it's right on the border and the value is there. Good flavor, cooked well with a slightly crispy crust, and nice even distribution of the buffalo sauce on top. It's probably just Frank's, but 99% of home-made sauces come out worse so who cares? Glad I added the feta, because it might have been a bit lacking in flavor. None of the pizzas had the "they never clean the oven" char that so many SLC places have. Overall pretty happy. Hope they can figure out cook times, but this isn't a new restaurant so you can probably bank on an inconsistent experience.

The pizza is super yummy! However, the customer service and wait time for the pizza are the reason we will never go back. We have ordered on line for a specific pick up time twice. The first time we went to pick up our pizza at our designated pick up time we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. We wanted to give it another try since we understand things can happen sometimes. Unfortunately the next time was worse. We arrived at our pick up time and were told it would be another 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes we asked for an update on our order and they said it would be an additional 20 minutes. By the time we got the pizza it was 45 minutes past our pick up time. I don't understand the point of placing an order on line with a designated pick up time if the pizza won't be ready by the pick up time. Had we known we would be waiting in the lobby an additional 45 minutes to get our pizza we would have opted to go somewhere else. Why would they tell us 20 minutes when it was very apparent that they hadn't even started our order. While we waited in the lobby 3 other people were in the same predicament. One lady had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of her on line pick up time, one door dash driver was told his order would be 20 minutes and after the 20 minutes they told him an additional 12 minutes so he threw his hands up and left. Another door dash driver waited so long he actually fell asleep waiting! I was not impressed. Waiting in the lobby was very telling. We saw many people come into the restaurant go to the kitchen, visit with the employees, bring them food, talk with them at the register etc. etc. There was no concern for the customers waiting for their food. No urgency at all! It was the weirdest experience I have ever had picking up food. I can get past something one but twice and I'm out!

We were looking for a different pizza place to try, so we decided to check this place out. They had a BACON & PICKLE PIZZA! If you like pickles, you’ll love this pizza! We also got the a Margarita pizza and a half Thai, half Meat Head pizza. They were all really good! The 2 employees that we talked to were super nice and friendly which was a bonus :) We’ll definitely be back. Pretty sure the bacon pizza will be staple for us every time!

Sorry for the late response, Monica. We just need to have the city come out and inspect us and we should be good to go. We are thinking about opening by next week.

Rock Creek Pizza Co., West 12600 South, Riverton, UT 84065. Hey BSTA, we purchased the restaurant last year and we haven't done a remodel. When were you in last? I know the owners before us did a remodel the prior year before that. Not certain if it had a log cabin feel or not. We haven't changed the crust since we took over last year, so I don't know what Michael Christensen is referring to? Our pizza dough is made from local flour from Lehi Roller Mills. We love to support Local and use fresh ingredients and make the best Pizza possible. Have you tried the buffalo Bleu Pizza? It is A-mazing!
