My poor rating is just for the pharmacy. Every time I use their pharmacy there are a ton of issues I never have at other pharmacies. Including but not limited to the time frame they promise things is long BUT yet never long enough as it is never done even in that time. I am talking like 5 to 7 hours minimum for some medications. I also have a password on my account there for safety and only one emoloyee ever asks for it and they are all supposed to everytime no matter who is picking them up and they never do. And the staff is never friendly in the pharmacy. They desperately need a more efficiant way of doing things. I just don't understand it.

Unbelievable! Asked to use their restroom and was told 2 diff reasons why I couldn’t (seemed odd like they may nit want me to use them)?? Then there were NO garbage cans outside. When asked about I was told they’re sick of people using them! WHAT?? Isn’t that exactly what they are for so people don’t leave their trash in their parking lot which was what was already happing. Yuck!

I went to this location and brought my ESA dog with her vest and ID and was told at check out that only fully trained service dogs were allowed. So I called Walgreens customer service to find out ESA dogs are allowed in there stores not to mention the lady checking me out was very rude about it. This was genuinely disappointing and made me very sad

Today I needed a last minute Valentine's Day gift for my man and you know how that goes it takes a while because if you pick out one thing you change your mind and decide you want something else well I like to shop in stores so I like to look at everything and take my time and I was followed by most of the employees except for one person angel and she was just the sweetest thing ever she was kind caring she left me alone she didn't judge me she wasn't following me like I was a criminal and that's what customer service is about she was so incredibly kind she knows what she did to make my day and I really appreciate it so if you're reading this angel thank you so much for your sweetness and your kindness on a day like today because just recently I lost my brother and the pictures I printed out were the only pictures I had of him instead of giving them to me and I'll remember you forever being sweetheart that made my Valentine's Day so much better because now I have pictures to hold of my brother and my heart and my hands thank you Angel Happy Valentine's Day... PS Walgreens do better not everybody that comes into the store is a thief
