We ended up having to stay the nite because of a truck issue found this motel on internet.. It was very clean and really nice updates in it. Close to Casey's hyvee I would stay here again.

It was a great place. Clean & comfortable rooms. Easy access. Do recommend that grab bar be added to outside of tub for use when getting out of tub.

I’m a road warrior and needed a clean place for the night in Unionville. Reviews were not wrong on this little gem. Loved the check in as they coded the room door for my arrival and texted me an e-receipt for my stay. Completely non contact. While small, the room was very clean and updated nicely with a comfortable king bed. Nice find in this small town with no large franchise hotels anywhere near. I’m a top tier rewards member with a well known hotel chain and would choose this over that brand if there was one around having stayed here. Family owned and felt like I was supporting their business. Other occupants at the Inn were quiet and respectful as well. Loved the history of the Inn posted on the wall with old family photos. Will stay again if in the area. Thank you for the experience.
