The Bristal Assisted Living at Holtsville

Grandmother vacated 4 months ago, Bristal continues to send me bills for reasons that nobody has provided an explanation for. Bills do not even reflect an amount that makes sense. It has been 4 months of communicating with 4 different people at Bristal to gain clarity as to what we are being charged for and what is due back to us since we paid for dates that my grandmother was not there for. It’s still not resolved after 4 months. Absolute nightmare, cannot recommend this place.

I had a very nice experience with Sara Huenke yesterday. She is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. She has been very understanding with my family over the last month. Putting my mom in assisted living was very difficult for all of us and her to adjust. It is not an easy decision and Sara helped us through every detail with her understanding personality and sweet ways. We don’t think we could’ve accomplished this difficult situation without her.

EVERYONE has been awesome. The attentive and super friendly staff have made this transition for my mom seemless. After a year of Covid isolation, it is so nice to see her smile and enjoy life again. Thank you Bristal family
