From our first visit and throughout my mother-in-law's stay at The Bristal, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. From admissions to everyday care and beyond, they truly were supportive with any questions, concerns and understanding. Many of the staff, including Denise in admissions, Carolyn in case management and Pat in nursing went above and beyond with their constant encouragement and compassion. It was our hope that my mother-in-law could stay a longer time, but medical reasons finally dictated that she needed a 24/7 nursing home. Even upon discharge and afterwards, their expertise and suggestions were invaluable. The facility itself was beautiful and spacious, clean and neat with a very friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend.

This facility is beautiful with a friendly staff however the food has gone from ok to horrible in the past six months. The residents have complained to management and they say they would bring their complaints to senior management but the food is getting worse. We have had to buy food and bring it in so our Mom has something decent to eat. Their have been staff shortages as well. There is obviously no experienced restaurant management on site. COVID can only be blamed to a small extent. They clearly are not willing to pay enough for an experienced staff to feed and serve to the residents. We can not recommend this facility at this time because the food has gotten so bad.

The staff in the Memory Care unit have been amazing during the pendemic. We are amazed at how well my Aunt is doing and continues to be healthy and engaged in this special environment.

Hi Nancy, the cost varies based on apartment type, size, location and level of care that the resident requires. The range is large because we serve a population with such varied needs. Please call the community and speak with the Director of Community Relations. They will be able to gather some additional details and would be happy to give you a cost range or estimate.
