Good rent prices for the area. Maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. However getting anything fixed that's reported seems to be a major issue unless you catch a maintenance guy. My toilet had a bolt break in the back and leak water. I called a few times to have it fixed but no one ever came. So I called a local professional to fix it and paid out of pocket. My shower had the knobs wrecked after reinstall by the water line people who came to replace our lines. I reported this a few times and again had to hire a local professional to fix it and pay out of pocket. The cabinet in the bathroom I found mold on one corner a few times and reported it to the office but it was never acted on. So I had a mold test performed which came back positive, and had the cabinet replaced after sourcing the model (thanks reddit DIY!) and had another test done after. The places are nice, and well priced given the area. I enjoyed living there during my time aside from the repair issues. Good neighbors, nice area, good price. Just be aware you may have to pay out of pocket to get things fixed which is unfortunate. All told I'm probably out around 2,300 for parts/repairs. ****Also If you live in one of the bottom level places you WILL need a dehumidifier or you will be facing mold/mildew/humidity issues all summer. I ran two smaller ones and they helped a bit. Before I had them the humidity during summer months was like 75% and up nonstop.

The maintenance service is like a nightmare in laurelwood. Air condition is not working in my apartment since 5 weeks and they keep saying they will fix it next week next week and next week. There next week is not coming since 5 weeks. After lot of arguments they gave me portable AC to work and water was leaking from thatas well. It’s worst service ever i got in my life..

Had a 2bedroom apartment here but moving soon. Love it!! Skylights, large balcony, half bathroom and affordable. Leasing staff was great to work with as well. Heather the property manager is always doing her best to make sure you're happy with the complex. Recommend

Currently living in a 2 bdrm apt on my own. They've been extremely accommodating throughout my first year lease and are actively looking for a single that I can move into for next year as I will certainly re-lease. I've only had 2 issues, both AC related, and maintenance was there the day after I called and had it fixed all before I got home from work. Management is tremendously courteous and take care of their tenants. I see some negative posts from a few years ago... While I cannot confirm exactly when the transition was made, I do know that management has been changed within the past few years and is better for it from what I've seen. I'm originally from Ohio and have friends that visit once a month or so. I have yet to show someone my apartment and not have them give me some sort of compliment on it. My only gripe is the pool was supposed to open back in May and it's still closed!! How can you not finish it after the easy winter we had?! Also, if you like to work out, you'll definitely want to buy a snap fitness membership (less than half a mile down the road) because Laurelwood's gym is pretty outdated. But hey, it's not too shabby if you need to get a quick lift in and can't get to your regular gym! Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone
