5/1/2022 - I don’t know how this place is in business, I can honestly say the management is very rude. They tried to rip me off and literally pushed me twice from exiting the establishment as they stated I did not pay enough. No ill feelings toward the young lady that did my nails as she was very sweet. My heart breaks that she has to work for these people.I’ve never been so humiliated and have honestly never written a bad review. There are many nail salons in cranberry so please stay clear of this establishment.

I had a manicure and the lady that may be part of management was extremely rude and tried to rip me off and charge for items that I did not request nor did they perform. The worker got extremely angry and frustrated yelling Infront of other customers screaming for more money. Please be aware and do not go to salon. Salon was also dirty and not maintained in any way what so ever.

I went here a week ago I took appointment before going. They gave same time to someone else too. One lady was doing both mine and other girls nails at the same time. I don’t like when someone does two jobs together. And plus my gel nail paint looks so bad now. And they also charged 40$ For this not that it was some cheap price. Bad work.

Been coming here for a few months now and have been super happy with how my nails have been done. They always do what I want and my nails have turned out great. They last and haven't chipped or broken any earlier than 2.5-3 weeks after having them applied. I've been getting the dip done by their recommendation and it was a good one and I'm so glad I took it! I also took their recommendation to do gel on my toes and it was the best decision I could have ever made and I will never go back to regular polish again!! I love the gel and it literally will last until I decide that my toe nails are too long and I just want to get them done again, not because they look bad! Also I have never had to wait more than 15 min after either just stopping in or calling and asking if I can come in because I'm in the area and would like to stop. That's the best. I would highly recommend this place!
