Came in for a cleaning and check up. Got x rays, left with no cleaning and $800+ they wanted for cavities that I don’t think exist. Plus they push Invisalign and retainers that are $5000+ . Scam.

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!! If I could give this place -5 I would. It was the only close place that my insurance covers so I went. I think they try to prey on people who have not been to the dentist in a long time. I hadn’t been to the dentist in only 8 months as I just moved here. I think they bank on people who go to them to not know general practices and prices for dentist offices. The dentist I saw told me I had borderline periodontal disease (which I do not have even remotely) tried scaring me about teeth I did not come in for (I cracked a molar on a Cherry pit because I had an amalgam filling which is natorious for cracking teeth) told me I needed root canals etc (again on teeth I did not come in for) without an endodontist opinion Told me it was $2,000 WITHOUT any root canals (which I don’t need by the way I know after seeing an endodontist out of network) Standard out of pocket for a cleaning is roughly $150 and for cavity is $500 max.. this company is money hungry and I fully believe they were trying to cause more damage to my teeth just to make more money. You’re better off laying out of pocket with no insurance literally anywhere else. Please please do not go here they will screw you. Do not mess around with your tooth health.

Great experience the staff and Doctor were great...Explained everything so I could understand what was going on with my teeth. Worked with my husband and myself on how we could setup a payment plan. Friendly staff made us comfortable.

Do not go here for anything beyond a routine cleaning! I went to Aspen in January after a veneer I had placed 3 years ago fell off. I expected to just have it placed back on or get a temporary solution for the time being as I was traveling the next day. Instead, after minimal inspection of the tooth, I was brought into the back office and told to make a choice between a ~$2,000 crown or a ~$7,000+ dental implant. Both the dentist and office manager told me that a crown was not a good choice. They said there wasn't enough tooth left from when the veneer was originally placed, and that I really needed to undergo surgery and a 1+ year long process to install a titanium post and eventually a new crown. I am only 23, and they told me the implant was the most viable solution, spoke against keeping my original tooth in place and said a restorative approach was not really an option. They could tell I was stressed out about the choice and was attempting to get ahold of my parents for their input, but wouldn't begin the work until I picked. The root of my tooth was exposed, I was in pain, and I was short on time. I chose the crown and then the dentist began to drill down my tooth MORE after saying it was already too small. After 2+ hours I was prepped for a crown and given a temporary that looked horrible. I know they are not meant to be perfect, but It was shaped more like a yellow lump than a tooth, was dark and discolored, and was irritating my gums. They said it was the only color they had available for everyone, so I guess a majority of patients they see have dark yellow/brown teeth. At this point I decided to seek alternative opinions before following through with Aspen, and called the next morning to press pause on the crown until I could decide what solution was best for me. I told the office manager this, asked for full quote for an implant so I could consider that option, and she said alright. Then I didn't hear back from her for over a week. Not one, but TWO other cosmetic/implant specialists in Nashville were shocked when I came in and shared this with them. They said an implant was completely unnecessary and was a terrible option for someone my age. They said not only was it unnecessary, but that the prices I was given were too high, it was unethical that I was not told about the risks of infection and failure associated with implants, and that what was left of my natural tooth was more than enough to hold a crown for years, as long as it was done correctly. I ended up fighting for a refund from Aspen and going elsewhere for a crown, and the work came out AMAZING. The temporary my new dentist gave me was so perfect it looks like it was my natural tooth, and I saved hundreds of dollars getting a crown from them instead of Aspen. On top of all this, the morning I went in for my lost veneer Aspen said I had a bad cavity that needed attention immediately. At the time I was in no pain and let them handle it. Since the day Aspen "fixed" my cavity, I have been in pain almost constantly. This may have just been my experience, but it sure was an awful one. See a specialist for all cosmetic/implant/periodontal work, find somewhere cheaper with a more experienced dentist, and DO NOT let Aspen be your only opinion.

Thanks Connie. It seems they are either milking me for office visits or trying really hard to get them just right. Lol
The staff is ok at front desk but prices are very high.
