TLDR: Atrocious customer service. Borderline predatory business practices. Horrible online account system. I saw rats in the storage building. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone store their belongings with StorageBlue. — Detailed (Horrible) Customer Experience — So to start, I gave them a heads up a full month ahead of time both over email and in person that I was going to move out and both times they basically gave a bare minimum acknowledgement. No other instructions about moving out. I even asked them directly both over email and in-person what else I'd need to to to move out. Absolutely zero guidance except a receipt (which had no check out instructions, either). So I move my stuff out the next day and expect that to be the end of it. Lo and behold, they call me a month later to let me know they're charging me the next month because I didn’t come come at the end of the month “to get it inspected”. Like they can’t just inspect it themselves at the end of the lease and it would make no difference. They said it’s technically in the lease that I needed “to have it inspected”, which okay, I guess you got me StorageBlue. Congrats! But as I said before, they failed to mention this extra step both over email and in-person. Ethical, customer-centered business practices would surely dictate reminding the customer of the process for checking out, especially if there was an additional step like that. Its unreasonable to expecting customers to remember the minutiae of a lease (buried in a rider attachment on the last page) that was signed months ago. To sneak in a minor clause in the lease about signing a "vacating" document in office to move out and then never mention it again to the customer (again, even when I asked directly) is predatory. Either StorageBlue is just that incompetent or the whole process is deliberately designed to consistently extract an extra month's rent out of customers who will naturally not remember or even notice the minor clause at the end of the contract. Anyway, besides their customer service malpractice, I saw rats and bugs in the halls of the storage unit which did not exactly reassure me that my belongings were safe from damage. Also, their online account services are horrible and (as an IT professional) appeared to be insecure despite it storing my payment information. Nonetheless, I hope they’re happy swindling me out of a month’s payment. Bernie Madoff would be proud. I’m furious with how they handled this and will absolutely never do business with StorageBlue again, even if I was able to get past their sub-standard storage services. To future potential customers, I strongly recommend storing your belongings with a more customer-centric, clean, and secure storage service.

Don’t have a problem with place really until recently that there website is not working and that’s how I been paying now it doesn’t come help and never said there system is down. Now I either have to go out of my way to pay or call them and have everyone here my business. Please fix ur website
