3/19/2022 this date had a coupon event going on & I was treated with improper customer service. One of the men who work’s at this location was complaining the entire time about his job & yelling at customers to stop using coupons because it was slowing the store systems down. He was extremely rude & unethical. I am highly disappointed at the customer service in this store. I have been treated with respect & great customer service at a McDonald’s & today on 3/20/2022 I walked in to pick up an online order & the young lady at the register did not ask for my name. She asked what my items were & did not scan the QR code on my phone. This is the last time I will ever return to this location. I will be taking my business to a different location. This place needs a lot of help with the staff/ employees.

I walked in and asked if I could come in without a mask and was told no I had to buy 1.$5 from them and then there were 3 people in the checkout line without a mask I asked the manager to give me the $5 back as the law was not fair for all customers and super rude he told me that if I had bought it it was my problem: when there were signs everywhere saying that the mask was mandatory ... if you can avoid going to this place
