Inside front looks nice rest of the place is falling apart think my friends had bed bugs biting them, it smelled, parking lot full of huge holes, nice big indoor pool to cold to stay in everyone that showed up to swim except kids didn't stay in bc it was so cold. Pro's crystal room is beautiful, food was hot and pretty good but staff needed to serve I felt like bc ppl were grabbing with hands and not using tongs to get food and touching other food with covid going on shouldn't have a free for all, big pool just cold water and room. Price is so not worth it.

The staff made this hotel, Joe at the front desk, and every single other employee we encountered was very pleasant, helpful, and professional! They were exceptional actually. The hotel itself is an older building, but the inside, lobby, breakfast area, rooms and hallways were all well kept and very clean. There was zero complaints about our room, bed or bathroom. The pool seemed nice, however it was too busy with young kids so we never made it to take a dip during our stay. The breakfast was hot and pretty good, there were a lot more options than I have seen at other places recently with only brown paper bag cold breakfasts. And the price was just right, a slightly cheaper option than a couple others in the area. The only slightly off putting part of our stay were some seemingly unsavory individuals in the area but I’m sure that’s almost anywhere. There were plenty of security cameras everywhere and a safe inside the room as well.

Even though family told us this area is sketchy, i had no issue. The rooms we a bit dated like early 90's but the hotel was great. Big indoor pool, breakfast until 9:30am. Also this place has TONS of security cameras, which made me feel a whole lot safer. Also conveniently close to all the food and shopping you'll ever need.

We had a great stay here. Rooms were a little outdated, but who cares really...they were very clean! Staff was friendly, and I have to say that most places we have stayed in during Covid have had poor breakfasts, but breakfasts here rocked! Biscuits were fresh and the sausage gravy was surprisingly good! Other breakfast choices were great as well, and the food area was spotless and well maintained. We will certainly be back!
