I had called 5 Home Health Companies prior for in home care for my father with dismal results. Ray, his wife and his company came highly recommended to me through a local Assisted Living Facility in the Montville area. There were 3 companies to choose from. I started with them, I honestly just had a feeling. Not only did someone answer the phone, I was connected right away to the Ray the owner after they heard the controlled panic in my voice. After speaking with him, I felt amazingly assured. Right there on that phone call, knew I found the right people. The very next day Ray and his nurse came out to the home and immediately assessed the “unique” situation we had to deal with. Without hesitating, Ray and his staff jumped in and made things happen at the house and then in the care facility. The ability to listen, care, and respond was unquestionably amazing. We could find help, strength, and unquestioning service that my father needed.” Who they are, what they provide and the level they provide it at is priceless. Thank you is not enough, nor does it express my deep heartfelt feelings for all that they have done for my father.
