The Max Challenge of Arthur Kill is an incredible place to go if you are looking for a better way of life. From the meal plans to the incredible workouts it’s absolutely life changing. I was an instructor here and loved every second of it. The staff and owner are incredible and great to work with and for. I learned a great deal here and have watched people grow into healthier people. The Max family here is truly a family. We push each other to strive for success and have seen incredible outcomes. Everyone pushes beyond their goals for success. In part that is due to a fantastic owner and an outstanding staff. Before becoming and instructor I had such an incredible max journey here and besides losing weight had the ability to learn things to have a healthy relationship with food. As an instructor I was taught by the best and learned from everyone I worked with. I highly recommend that if you have been afraid to take a step in your health journey that you go and start here.
