I cannot express my gratitude enough to this lovely family for making some of our hardest days so wonderful. They go above and beyond with their service. They are nothing but compassionate, professional and simply the best. My grandmother's funeral was absolutely beautiful as was she. They perfectly captured our grandma's style and she looked at peace. My mom unexpectedly passed away and i had no prior experience handling last rites. We are hindu and the staff here were excellent and assisted us during this difficult time. James went above and beyond to ensure my mother was dressed in traditional sari and indian jewelry based on pictures and instructions we provided. My mom looked very beautiful and peaceful . The service and subsequent transfer to crematorium and retrieval of cremains were also handled professionally

Papavero Funeral Home is by far the best funeral home in Queens. They assisted with both of my grandparents’ funerals (Hindu Indian ceremony) and were extremely accommodating. When there was so much to organize and plan, they made it a seamless process and took care of all the details. The entire family is extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend!
