We had the most horrible experience with Roger at this Comfort Inn. My wife, daughter and I had rooms reserved by my in-laws for a wedding this weekend. They reserved 4 rooms. Went to the Wedding Saturday June 18th and came back afterwards to have my wife told by Roger that there was no reservations for us under their last name and that he couldn't help us. I gave him their room number and he stated that if they weren't pre paid he couldn't help, which they were pre paid and all he had to do was hand us our room number as the manager had done all the work in organizing the 4 different couples and their rooms. Roger was very unprofessional, disrespectful to me, my wife, and my father in law and flat out refused to help. Even after being given a room number to which they were staying at and the wedding parties name to which the rooms were under.

The breakfast was a joke. The apples were old. There was no milk, because the milk delivery person did not make a delivery. Management should have bought a carton of milk. The only cereal was raisin bran. I wonder how long it has been since it was eaten. The danish was not filled, I did not ask but I wonder if the bread delivery person didn't make a delivery. They did have white bread. There was eggs and sausage. The coffee was excellent. I will not be staying at another Comfort Inn unless it is the only choice.

Hot tub was cold and half filled…pool was also really cold. our card deactivated half way into our stay and couldn’t get in our rooms for a bit. Rooms were very nice though.

I stayed at this hotel from July to December and I honestly couldn't be more happy with it. The staff was incredibly helpful, giving me satisfactory answers to all my questions, making compromises whenever I needed them, and overall being sweethearts. The cleaning staff was very thorough with my room, always making my bed look and smell fresh, vacuuming up after my dirty boots, cleaning the sink and showers to a sparkling shine... I couldn't have been happier with the services.
