My idler pulley failed and the serpentine belt broke and I ended up fixing it in the parking lot there. They had the parts and let me borrow a few tools. Excellent service very polite and helpful 5star service. Thanks again too the people at o Reilly in owatoñna mn.

Was given the wrong part in New ulm MN. But was able to get the right one/exchanged in Owatonna MN. with absolutely no hassle. (Next time I'll pay the extra dollar or two and get the better/premium part cuz that's the one that fit)

Not a bad place. Ya AutoZone may be cheaper on some things but I've been able to get lower prices on things by mentioning that it's a dollar less across the street and sometimes they actually have the part I need on hand or can get it the same day were no one else has it or can't get it for a day or 2 if at all.

Joseph was awesome. After getting sold bad parts at another parts store, he helped us out, and proved what he was selling us was good before we walked out the door. He was polite, good customer service, and my truck is fixed. Will return.
