Inflation means your beef chow fun has less beef. Gotta ration your beef for this dish. There isn’t much of it. There’s more beef in a McDonald’s single patty burger and that’s not much beef.

Authentic ambiance. The dining room is mainly set up with large tables, so you are likely to share one with other guests. A nice large menu selection. In general the food tastes mild & not salty. CASH ONLY.

I've never had any trouble finding very nearby street parking (2-hr, unmetered). Note that as of May 2021 Winsor Dim Sum has not resumed indoor dining; they're still takeout and delivery only.
