I'm from out of state and read these reviews before parking there, from Wednesday 11 am to Thursday 9 pm.,reserved the space for these 4 days through SpotHero who charged me $20 extra for an oversized vehicle (Honda CR-V really) at the end of the check out process.Still a little cheaper than other parking lot/garages. Was asked by staff at garage how long and what time my stay was after scanning the code off my email from SpotHero and was told if I overstayed that I would be charged extra. I didn't understand why the staff couldn't see how long my stay was after scanning my code and giving me my parking stub. So not a big deal over being told I'd be charged extra if I went over my limit. t's when I came back to get my car Saturday at around 2pm the attendant said I owe $149 after handing him my parking stub, I said I already paid online and it was $171 something, I had to bring up the reservation from Spot Hero's app to show him. I don't why any of this information isn't on his computer after I gave him the parking stub??? All I'm saying is I advanced paid for the space for 4 days, I shouldn't have to explain anything to the parking attendant, here's my code, hand me my parking stub, return to leave here's the parking stub, retrieve my car and I leave, no questions asked.

If I can not give stars, I really won't! Please don't park your car here if you don't want it to be damaged. When I came back to pick up my car, I saw an employee in my car. He suddenly saw me coming back and immediately pretended to pick up my car, but the engine couldn't start because there was no electricity. Then they took out the charging equipment, charged my car and started it. I asked him why you were sitting in my car before I came back. Why is my battery dead? My battery is new! They faltered and couldn't answer! I am very angry! And the front desk clerk casually said that's why I prepared chargers for you! Seems to be a recidivist! You question them as if nothing had happened! And then they all dodged! ! !
