Very bad organization, I entered the 3rd book to study with them and they changed 4 teachers to be able to finish it, then in the 4th the teacher was fine but when we started what was supposed to be the 5th book we found out after 3 weeks studying that we were in the The 6th instead of the 5th, they did not inform us of the change, then we went to the 7th and the third week studying they join us to another group that is starting the 10th book, allegedly because they do not have teachers and they have to join us, without justification and without prior consent. They improvise as it suits them, to earn more money by joining classes to make larger groups and in my case skipping the books. They are supposed to have a study plan but they only have a business plan to make money, they don't care if the student advances or not, they only create groups to earn more.

Hi, I'm telling you about my experience this month of June 2022. I decided to study in Zoni to be able to learn and gain more knowledge. Everything was fine. The classroom was terrible. We were more than 35 to 40 people. More folders did not even enter. The teacher who played us was very good, but he began to agree on topics that we had not yet touched. When I started studying, I had basic English, but I wanted to enter from the level 1 since I wanted to learn grammar well but I didn't think it was right for them to do that to us. We went as a group of students to talk because there were too many of us, so we asked Pablo, the person in charge, why they had put us together with a level that hadn't touched us yet. According to the information, the levels lasted 6 weeks and that there was confusion by interfering in that way. The answer we received was that if we wanted we could go back to the previous teacher we had but she had started a level 1 and we could go with her to start again from 0 in a few words she had to pay again that it is not necessarily level 1, one only once to learn that perhaps it has to be repeated several times and if it did not seem that way to them that we return in 2 weeks that she is at the level that she left us to return with her, one enters and trusts an institute that is seen Serious to be able to learn and want to improve. What a lack of ethics and professionalism where is the work plan that they supposedly follow. From what I understood when I enter : Each semester is 6 weeks Max 30 students per classroom At the end of the semester they take an exam and you pass the next one. Really sad before entering consult well so that this bad experience happens to us.
