I had a great experience with them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Rona, a red heeler decided to play with a porcupine. She was full of quills in her nose, mouth and chin. I called several (10) vets in the area between West Branch and Alpena. Alpena Veterinary was the only one willing to help me. They took such good care of her! They now have us as a loyal patient.

Everyone, from the moment we got there were so friendly and welcoming. We brought 3 cats in a huge crate and they were very accomodating to our needs. I will never go to another vet because this is hands down, the best place I've been to!!
