Had to ask for towels was never anyone at desk to help when we checked out we hit the bell a bunch of times know one came there were 3 numbers to call o called each on 3 or 4 times till someone answered and told me just throw the keys on the counter worst service ever will never go back

I booked a room to this location. The app I used said it was for this day. An email confirmed the date. But when we got there, they had us coming on the wrong date. Plus the lobby was in horrible condition. Dirt everywhere. There was a notice on the door whose purpose was to shame a previous client. Not very welcoming.

We had no electricity during the snow storm,and needed a place to get warm. The room was nice and clean with everything we needed. Our cat is diabetic and we were allowed to bring him as well. The room pricing was great. Very affordable for anyone. If you're in Moundsville WV and need a nice place to stay ,this it definitely it.😁

Stayed here for a month Very nice people and rooms very cleaned. The staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. I've stayed at many motels and this one has been the best. Reasonable prices Thanks to the staff
