If I could give them a lower score I would. In 2013 I paid out pocket for my immunization at the West Hempstead office. I lost the card immunization card that was given to me initially so I contacted them to get a copy of my immunization records . I was told they don't have any records of my immunization or any record of me being immunize at there. That means if they don't keep your medical records So please be aware

Some of those previous reviews almost made me skip this place, but I went anyway..From the person at the front desk to the RN to the NP, everyone just kept getting nicer..So professional, and NICE ..best experience I had at one of these mandatory testing for jobs places. Please give your staff my appreciation...and a raise!
