Sent a bill for a covid test ,when I was told It was free and now have to make many phone calls to resolve the issues . Still not resolved .

This is my closest location for COVID testing but it is awful every time - I have been a few times. The results take forever. Also, the hurdles you have to jump through just to get your result. It’s so silly, if you are going for COVID testing, of course you want the result.

Appointment is not required. Patients are welcome to come in at any time between 10am-6pm, 7 days a week. We accept all insurances except Affinity insurance.
Yes we do the ppd for you. We are open everyday starting at 10am no appointment necessary.
Results take 24-48 hours to return. If the test is done between 10am-12pm, results come the next day in the morning. If it it’s done between 12pm-6pm, it returns anytime between the 24-48hr time frame
We offer the rapid COVID 19 test which takes up to 15minutes and we also offer the Covid 19 RT-PCR testing.Test results for the rt-pcr can take anywhere from 24-72hrs depending on the volume the lab has.
