We are extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of concern we received at this hotel. Our room was given away although we checked-in online prior to arrival and informed the front desk of our arrival hours before the check-in time. We gave the front desk our name and number to call us once the room was ready. We returned from the beach to discover that someone had checked into our room. The hotel staff has been and is still slow to provide us with a reasonable resolution. We practically had to beg for meal vouchers, and when the hotel offered vouchers, we had to insist that they give us a third one for our child to eat also. They only initially gave us two vouchers. Management and the hotel staff have made us feel like we do not matter. Each time we have been to the front desk to attempt to resolve the matter, we have been told that we have to wait to speak with a manager or that the manager cannot offer a resolution without the general manager. The general manager has been unavailable for two days now. The hotel has taken zero accountability for their error. The complete lack of urgency in resolving this matter is disappointing and unprofessional. I will not stay here again. I hope no other family is made to feel as insignificant as this hotel staff has made us feel. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH, HONEST CHECK-IN PROCESS.

People who book through third party. Beware! Esp those who book through 3rd parties. What you are promised ends up not being the room you are given. We booked a room with a King Bed and Sofa bed so my children can sleep on. They gave us a King bed only. When we explained the situation and showed the itinerary that clearly said King and Sofa bed.. they did not care. Said there was nothing they can do about it. No one cared to help the situation at all, after speaking to 3 diff people there. Some of my kids ended up having to sleep on the floor. They blamed it on the third party booker. We Booked through a government website as we are military. So much for appreciating those who work for this country. Terrible customer service.

This is a fairly new hotel. Staff is super friendly. Beds were okay, but I might just have a bad back. Everything else however was very nice, it’s very modern. The beach is about a 5-min walk.

This is my 1st time staying at Hilton Garden Inn. It's a really nice hotel, and in a great location. Although you can't see the beach, it's only a block away. It's probably a 5 minute walk. Unless I just wanted to, I don't have to get in my vehicle for anything. So many restaurants are in walking distance, stores and grocery store. It's next to the mall. The only thing is, you'll have to cross a major highway to get to it. They have breakfast(made to order that's not included in the stay. For those that drink, there's a bar in the lobby. The lobby is really nice and open. They have happy hour, and serve dinner. I just had the steak. It was really good. What would have made it even better, would have been the Heinz 57 that they did not have. This hotel is also in a great walking location, with beautiful views of the beach. I walked almost 7 miles today, and 5 yesterday. The hotel is really nice. I highly recommend! The refrigerator in my room is the BEST refrigerator I've ever had in a hotel. It kept my water ICE COLD. That was very helpful after my long distance walking.Go ahead and book your stay! Please see attached menus. Prices/menus are subject to change. Keith, at the front desk, you are awesome! U can walk across the street. But me and my family drove down the street but if u are staying at the hotel they will tell u how to get there to i hope i help u. Out a little.😊
It was a wonderful place to stay..close to the beach and all the eating and shopping and was quit and the front desk all the employees were very friendly
We used the shuttles that sit at the airport in the taxi area. Hilton Garden does not offer one.
