The New Year’s Vipasana mediation was extremely peaceful and grounding experience, the lovingly made good food during lunch and kind people made it an even more special experience.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. There's a large meditation room, and a gift and bookstore. Very inviting building and friendly welcoming people.

Hi Leonard: Thanks for asking! At our Main Center in Huntington, our classes are Monday - Thursday at 12pm and Monday, Tues, Wed night at 7pm. We also have a fun family day of meditation on Sundays beginning with a class for adults from 10-10:45am and then our main program from 11:30am - 1pm and a children's meditation class from 11:30am - 1pm (while parents are meditating in the main program with our Resident Teacher). We look forward to having you try out a class and visit us soon!
