I was searching for a hotel near the area where our event was, since we were forced to stay almost an hour away. I called multiple hotels and all were either full or rates were very high. I talked with Sam and he was able to get me a room and at an affordable rate. Highly recommend this hotel. Ask for Sam.

Good location and great price. Love that you can online check in and use a digital key. The rooms are spacious but very outdated. The carpet was pretty stained and had a bit of a musty smell. Beds were comfortable.

Location was convwnient to I-20, but room was hard used, and not too clean. (See photo of duvet) Mattress was comfortable, but if possible, bring your own pillows. The ones in room are over stuffed , ...real neck breakers. They also have the softest water I have encountered in awhile, which leaves one still feeling kind of sticky, even after a shower.

My son’s Nintendo switch was stolen from our room. I called Tiffany and she was very nice, at first. She assured me she would check with the staff and call me back. I’m still waiting on the call back. It’s been 2 days. I’ve been staying at this hotel for 8-10 years and this happens. Not even I’ll see what we can do, not a “I’m sorry”. Nothing! Needless to say, I will not be spending my money here again!!
