This was truly a positive experience. Every staff member from the woman in reception to the nurses and the various physicians I spoke to were all kind and supportive. The facility was clean and bright. I saw Drs. Hendizadeh and Vieira who were great! I strongly recommend NQSC

I had a procedure there and had a absolutely horrible experience. I would tell anyone who is looking to have surgery to go somewhere else. They don't give updates to family members. I had a procedure that was only a half an hour long I was in recovery for almost 4 hours due to complications from the procedure. My boyfriend was nervous and worrying because he had no idea what was going on. They also wrote the wrong medication in my chart and I told them what medicine I was on. They had my medical history totally wrong. The nurses have a terrible bedside manner. They sit off to the side talking about food instead of making their patients feel at ease. I also been in the medical field for over 20 years and I would never treat my patients the way I was treated. PLEASE REALLY CONSIDER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE SO MANY REALLY NICE SURGERY CENTERS THAT WILL TREAT YOU GREAT.

The Dr is 5 Star! Excellent! Just the facility is too crowded in the waiting room, and the other staff can use some bedside manner training. The receptionist is rude. I use to be one. So I get how it is,, dealing with people, but you still got to not have an attitude.

Brace yourselves. It’s a long review but totally worth reading. Being in the health profession myself, I was extremely blown out of the water with what I encountered yesterday. My mother was referred to this surgical center for a “minor procedure”. She arrived to the surgical center alone and was informed she needed some paper work filled out. English not being her first language, she asked for some help by calling me. I unfortunately was not able to help her so she asked for help and approached a receptionist. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and snapped back saying “I marked where she just needs to sign and date”. Fine. Thanks Lori. You’re an absolute saint. I went about my day thinking soon I’d be hearing something. Time goes on and for a simple 20 minute procedure, I wasn’t hearing anything back. I called twice & was given the same receptionist, Good ol’ Lori. Lori who sounded beyond annoyed forwarded my call to post op. No one picked up (mind you, it was an hour in between the first and second call). Well, i had enough of waiting around so I drove over. Once I got there, I got to see Lori face to face. I approached a window and was greeted by a very nice male receptionist. Sorry I completely forgot his name simply because I was so enraged when I left. I spoke with him first explaining why I was there in the first place, which was just to get an update on how my mother was doing, not to pick her up or anything along those lines. Next thing you know, Lori decided to chime in and give me an attitude and asked why I was there? She asked if I received a call to pick her up. After answering her calmly, she picked up the phone with complete annoyance & called post op and after she was done speaking to the nurse on the other line, she had a smugness to her that pretty much translated to “see. There”. Thanks a lot Lori. Another round of applause to you! I left feeling very disrespected and talked down to. No one should’ve had to go through what I went through. As a concerned daughter, it is in my rights to know how my mother’s procedure went. I am the patient’s advocate! I drove all the way home to then receive a call 10 mins later from the nurse who was taking care of my mother. She understood that my mother couldn’t understand English that well and needed to give me post op instructions so I turned my car back around. Clearly someone needed to understand what to do post op. All of this could’ve been avoided if Lori showed a little compassion. Instead, she chose to be curt, rude, disrespectful & nasty. As the first face that anyone has to see, maybe she should be more approachable. Yesterday’s experience was horrendous and it was all thanks to Lori. Shame on you for not knowing better. Shame on you for being condescending. Shame on YOU for being an older woman and acting self entitled. Shame on you for trying to intimidate patients or anyone as a matter of fact. And yes, this was mentioned to the surgical coordinator and I will make sure that the higher up’s are aware of this behavior of hers.

Yes, on premises and in underground garage
I would call, and find out. There should be someone to answer all your questions or concerns.
