The staff were incredibly friendly, if a bit sparse. This isn't anything against them, I just think that if they could get more employees, that would be perfect. Other than that, the store was very clean and the layout was completely understandable, and it has amazing prices!

It was great. It has almost everything a crafter needs. The only down side is that one 2 registered worked but they had someone ring up the items before and give you a card to use as a receipt to pay at the counter. It helped but still had to wait for 1 of the registries to work.

The place is great they always have stuff I want but never what I go in there looking for this time was no exception. It's always sold out or they don't carry it in store. The associates are friendly when you can find one which I know is due to COVID but I walked the whole store and it took me an hour to find someone other than the cashier and the girl in the frame area. He looked for item I was looking for and it was sold out. Almost bought a model instead.
