Please consider a pre check-in for visitors. The queues at this location are consistently long for visitor check-in. People get here by 11am to wait in line in order to check in by 12pm - when visiting hours start. Meanwhile, the workers at the front desk are waiting until check in starts, at 12pm. This is wasted time on both the visitors side and workers side. A pre check-in could be implemented to save time. This would be a more effective use of EVERYONEβS time. Montefiore, you are a big hospital with much to offer - PLEASE get it together. Sincerely, Marielle Ames Plummer (currently waiting in line since 11am.)

I was told by Doctor to come in at 11:00 am so they can speak to me because my Dad is in the critical unit. First the receptionist in the lobby was rude . That was the first day, second day I go to the critical unit and there was no one in the station. So I see a group of doctors I say excuse me. I introduce myself and I ask who is my dad doctor . This doctor literally was so rude, inconsiderate of family feelings. Itβs a shame that in that unit there are some great nurses and great doctors with great bedside manner. But the rotten apples make it difficult to give more than two stars. Lobby personal need some training. Worst experience in a hospital with security and lobby personnel. Mind you my dad was transferred from st. Barnabas.π Itβs ridiculous that if families have someone in icu got to wait until 12 to do visit and only one person per patient. Administration needs to look to a better policies for icu. Not even a room for families to sit there and be each others support system. Shame on you Montefiore Moses Campus

It is a HIPAA violation that patients who are waiting in the ED for long hours have to take their vital taken in front of everyone while everyone else is looking at the patient vitals.

Never the weekend, unless during the day. On weekdays anytime after 730AM, not before 7pm due to hang of shift...you must catch them when they are energetic not drained, lol
Typically 8am-8pm for admitted patients
