I've been a regular customer since I moved to noma , and it always meet my expectations. The only issue is when I order for delivery on the weekends, it always takes forever to get here i understand the drivers are taking more than one order at the time but that needs to be fix we can't be waiting all night . Me personally that’s the only issue because their food it’s always great I can’t complain.

My pizza never arrived and we were all hungry and miserable. When I called the store, no one picked up. They just took my money and gave me nothing. Unbelievably bad and completely inexplicable. This is a place a few blocks from our hotel. It was raining, so I ordered delivery online at about 8:40. By 10:30, no pizza and no one answering the phone. I really don't understand how they can just commit theft like that.

4 out of 5 deliveries are 30 minutes late beyond the furthest estimated time. Currently waiting for one that has been out for delivery for the last 45 minutes. Safe to say, it will not be fresh when it gets here… if it ever gets here

Normally, my pizza is really good when I order here but the last two orders I had too send back. I ordered a pizza today 10/4/2020 around 4:30 after an hour it finally came after I called, when it got here it was old and cold I sent it back they said they would remake it and send it again I live 6 blocks from Domino's they where back in 15mins with the same pizza I sent back the 1st time...I called to speake to a manager and they told me he was busy and he wouldn't come to the me phone, I complained about the pizza and the employee, who was rude told me what I ordered and they would make me another and it would take 30min which proved they did exactly what I thought they did and have a good night and hung up on me....The customer service was horrible and I will never order from there again!!!Penny, we're sorry for your poor experience.
