We where denied entry due to vaccination status. A bus of 22 hockey players where also denied a few minutes after us. They made us wait 15 minutes. Disappointed. Luckily travelocity refunded us for our booking.

Absolutely not. I go every month, and I don't even stop at the Customs of the country I'm exiting, only the country I'm entering. So again, when going to the US you stop at US customs and when coming back into Canada you stop at the Canadian customs.
