Ms Initiative

The staff is very friendly and professional but I wasn't impressed by the actual acupuncture. Inormally go to a different practicioner and it helps my pinched nerve immensely but they weren't available today so i tried this place instead. Honestly, it felt like a watered down version of what I'm used to. They used way less needles and not focused enough in the area that was in pain. We also tried cupping which also usually helps but it was literally due 20 seconds instead of the usual 5 to 10 minutes I'm used to. The only way to describe it is being a watered sheen experience.

Fantastic! Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable team of doctors who are personable, understanding, and amazing at what they do. I've been coming for at least 15 years and the top notch care from highly experienced staff has been maintained the entire time. I moved out of state and still travel weekly for their services. It's that good! I always leave my appointments feeling much better than I walked in. If you haven't used their services you should.
