Rooms are old. We got a non smoking room and was impressed it truly had 0 smoke odor. Owners were great and offered some fun suggestions of what to do in the area. Great location for our needs.

I have stayed and rated a bunch of hotels and by far this one is the as the very worst in customer service. While checking the charges for late check out I was told it was $10 per hour which is kind of reasonable however I was told I have to pay it before the checkout and the staff was a little rude on that. I mean why, what's the need and urgency there. It looks like they are trying to enforce the law very strictly which is not going to look good with the customers. We did check out 30 minutes late and we were not charged and I believe it was because, when we checked out other staff was at the counter than the staff who were strict about the rule. On the good side, the rooms are clean and to be honest, with this price point, you would not find a nicer room...

Owners are very nice and went out of their way to help. Room was clean, water was hot, very good value.

room was ok - faucet at the sink was just dripping water - not running - but I already had my stuff in the room so didn’t ask for another - had to ask for towels as there were none - they charge $1.00 if you use a credit or debit card - $1.00 is not a big deal - just seems kind of cheap - other than that fine
