Personally I had a bad experience. The staff was friendly, however, the rent quotes change daily and can fluctuate by hundreds of dollars. For example, Monday the 1st rates are 3000 for a 1 bedroom Tuesday the 2nd could be 3300. I really cannot agree with that business practice at all. I gave two stars because of the friendly staff and location. The apartments themselves were mediocre. Gray carpeting...small.

I've lived at New Village at Patchogue for over a year and so far it's been great. The staff is AMAZING!! I normally don't write reviews, but after the top notch service I received recently, I have to give credit where credit is due. A few weeks ago, my AC unit stopped working and it was very late (almost midnight) on a super hot night. I called the after hour hotline to put in a maintenance request with hopes of getting a call back that night. Fortunately for me, within less than 10 minutes the service manager, REGGIE, called me back and 30 minutes after our call, he came to the rescue with a temporary AC that helped me get through the night. The very next morning, he had the service team working on repairing the AC unit and by the time I got home from work, the AC was working and all was right with the world. This is just one of many instances of great service provided to tenants at this building.
