Thee oh-SO very kind and polite gentlemen whom helped me today 7/22/22 - made this trip to replace my license a walk in the park. Not only did he stay 15 minutes past closing on his friday to get me all situated (after I arrived late to my appointment).... he was personable in conversation, funny, informative; witty; and made the process a pleasurable experience. I left the licensing office with a smile on my face for once. It was so nice not being treated like I was livestock #6769; being rushed off - feeling like I just gave up my first born, 3 pints of my blood, dizzy- woozy and feeling robbed of my lifesaving. --- I would suggest you take the scenic route; cruise the coastline.. And take care of your licensing needs at this location! Appointments are almost guaranteed - 6 days a week. Thank you WA Ilwaco licensing office!

Had to make THREE trips to fulfill all the crazy document requirements. But in this country you can vote by mail without an ID! Blair did not greet us when we came in and was looking for a reason to send us away. We did not have all the information we needed because an employee at this location on our first stop did not give us all the information. Zero empathy for our plight, zero empathy for all our drive time, zero customer service skills on this particular visit. Perhaps we just caught him on an off day or perhaps it was my frustration at the thought of a THIRD and FOURTH trip to get this task done. Whatever the case, NOT impressed with customer service skills on this visit.
