As a new self pay patient I recently made an appointment for yearly X-rays and cleaning. The office taff is efficient and courteous, while the premise is modern and clean. Dentist was knowledgeable, patient, and answered any questions I had. They clearly explained recommended services along with pricing. I think their prices are in line with others for comparable services give or take a buck or two. However, after speaking with Dr, I felt as if I was talking with a used car salesman when it came to up selling services, which in my opinion made services to be rendered pricey. Some was optional, while some was mandatory. Because of these "recommended" services, it made prices from my original office cheaper. All and all, I feel the office is capable, however, I would advise others who are self pay, to shop around before committing to any one dentist office.

Came in to have a porcelain Crown on after getting my root canal and doctor Canal and Ty were amazing. I have real bad anxiety and it get worse at the dentist. However these two their personality and professionalism made it easy to relax and have a great office experience. I would like to also acknowledge the professionalism by the professionalism by the front office staff when a belligerent Patient Was acting like a complete crazy person and The staff kept their composure and professionalism the whole entire time.

I am new in town and made a problem-focused visit with this office because I had just broken a tooth with a previous root canal the day before. While everyone in the office was pleasant, in the end I left with a referral to an endo for root canals on 4 other teeth I did not ask for help with and a treatment plan that made the broken tooth the last priority after the root canals. Their quoted prices for build-ups and crowns were substantially higher than my previous dentist, making it likely that I would just drive the 90 minutes to have the work done there. All in all, a waste of time and $100 in dental insurance benefits.

I want to thank Valeria for being so patient during my x rays. I typically do not have a problem with them, but for whatever reason this time I did. She was so supportive and kept telling me I was doing a great job! Dr. Canal eased my fears of having my wisdom teeth pulled after my last dentist said I would need to as it was too hard for them to clean them. Marjorie and Lexey were so helpful in getting me checked in and then going over my financial information, helping me get a new electric toothbrush and treatment for me cold sensitive teeth (which seems to already be working great) I was also taken early and quickly, which was awesome. Thank you all for the great experience!

I'll tell you, I have had teeth made at 3 locations. Twice at the college ed. Which did not fit, once in Gainesville also didn't fit.finally went to silversprings location and holy cow they fit like a glove I dont even use glue by far the best aspen yet. Amazing people, and yes its standard for them to ask that.
Hi Jessy, The easiest way to confirm coverage based on your location is to visit https://www.aspendental.com/insurance-financing. - Emily, ADMI
