I overslept and missed my flight, which had my emotions all over the place first thing in the morning. The customer assistance agent named Eliam had such a calm and positive presence that it immediately took my anxiety away. Her co-worker was bubbly and had me laughing, which completely turned my day into joy. I applaud American Airline for hiring these two!! 👏

I almost died twice on a American airline airplane the first time the engine was on fire and we had to emergency land in Paraguay and the second time the airplane was free falling and I mean it was a horrible feeling so I do not recommend American Airlines for that reason because I almost died twice.

We travel at least three times a month with either Delta or American Airlines, and today 9/17/2022 we had the worst encounter with an AA representative. From the very beginning, Bianca was incredibly rude, aggressive, and brash. It was just my mother and I traveling, we had everything she needed. But her attitude was shocking. She obviously needs to find a career not based in customer service.

On the 3 hour flight received 2 drinks and 2 snacks. On the 6.5 hour flight received 2 drinks no snacks. Very disappointing.

Enter Google fly and enter the city where you leave and the city where you arrive, then the date of departure and return. Then you give search and you will get all the travel options.
International is on the Eastern side of the airport. Concourses E And F. Departures are on level 2.
If it's for the day then daily parking. If you need long term parking, there is a separate area for that, I have never had to use it but I have had friends that have and had no issues. The parking is fairly close up to the terminal drop offs. American is at the end of the parking areas.
They require photo id but if you call ahead and get your booking the airline will let you know if you can or not
