I've been going here for about a year and have gotten more disappointed each time, but my most recent visit was the last straw. I dropped off one roll of E6 on a Saturday, which was when they told me they process E6. They told me it was too late in the day to get it done, but I can pick it up next Saturday, ok nbd. Next Saturday comes, my roll is still not ready, and apparently it'll be ready on the following Monday instead, no explanation. On Monday afternoon we arrive and they told us their machine was broken the whole weekend and they just got it fixed an hour prior, so we should come back at 6:30pm. We return at 6:30 and they tell us they'll call us at 7 instead. No call, so at 7:15 we call them and they tell us it'll be *another* half hour. This runaround is insane. Outside of this experience, generally, B&W results are also very inconsistent; you never know if you're gonna get a giant splotch over your negatives. Also have had multiple instances of receiving my negatives cut even though I asked for them rolled. On multiple occasions the staff has been condescending as well, such as asking me repeatedly if I knew that 120 film doesn't fit into a 35mm camera. I've also witnessed them blatantly upselling their handrolled cinema film to folks who don't know it has to be processed differently and will cost more than regular color film processing. I really wanted to support a local small business, but unless you absolutely need E6 or ECN2 done locally, I would go somewhere else.

Not only did they forget to give me part of my order but it took 5 days to finally get around to attempting to mail them to me forcing me to go all the way back to Dunwoody and pick them up. Very unprofessional, avoid and use an online company.

YES! We keep them for 6 Months after your order is completed.
Absolutely!
Do you have 35mm or 120? Are they Color, B&W, or E-6? Would you want process only (just negatives/positives), process and print, or process, print and scan?
Yes. They develop E6 in 35mm and 120.
