Very good and helpful, the staff including the doctor stayed after hours so they could see me and get me and get my pain figured taken care of in and out super fast and found all the issues and came up with a care plan 10/10 would recommend them!

I was genuinely impressed by this dentist office. I had severe nerve pain that came suddenly just prior to Christmas. I called this office and they squeezed me in the same day. I ended up having to get a molar extracted. Not an easy procedure, but she got it done. About 2 weeks later I still had severe pain due to dry socket. I called the office (which was closed for Christmas week) and Dr Fareed called me and had me come in on his day off to treat my tooth and irrigate it due to my pain caused by the dry socket. How many Doctors would do that in today's world? This type of customer/patient service is rare! I normally don't get on social media and comment but I had to let everyone know that there are still caring business owners out there that have not forgotten how to treat their clientele. I highly recommend these people and they have earned a return visit from me if I need them again.

I came here needing 2 extractions for my broken teeth that I had let rot. I was so scared going in and all of the staff made me feel comfortable. They also made sure I felt no pain during the process. They walked me through pricing and all the steps of the procedure. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is afraid of the dentist.

My last visit to buckeye dental was awful. First they rescheduled my appointment. When I was finally able to see the dentist, Dr Patel excused the hygienist for the day. He took my cleaning. It was the fastest, most painful and least compassionate dentist visit I have ever experienced. I left feeling like my dentist didn’t want me to be his patient. Fast forward to January 2020 and the receptionist called to inform not to come because he no longer took my insurance. Interesting that I had new insurance and he would have accepted my new insurance. But, I no longer wanted him as my dentist. I called Dr Meier and she took me back and I couldn’t be happier that Dr Patel didn’t want me as a patient. Thank you so much for canceling my visit, Dr Patel. Your response doesn’t answer to rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful treatment to me. The fact that it took a year for me to write it only states that I really wanted to warn others.
