Sister just moved. Neighbors are friendly and have a really sweet pit. No breed restrictions. Good location with grocery and restaurants.Walking distance to RVCC

Beware of renting a unit here...there are some really shady people who prey on people!!!New ownership has taken over and so far there are no changes!!!Water pressure is almost non existent...roadway is in need of repairs!!!Some residents care for their property while others maintain true pig stys....

Do they have 30amp hook ups for a travel trailer..

Best bet is to go to to top of the hill and on the left hand side is resident landlady. Wish I could offer more help! I'll try answer other questions about this place tho. "Landlady" never works on Sundays and it's Almost Always hard to get any answers or assistance from mgt.
