Went engagement ring shopping and was helped by Jenna. She was SO amazing to work with. Not only was she kind and just lovely to talk to, she was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and fun. I will always remember it and thanks to her for such a wonderful experience. The rings are absolutely stunning, but that goes without saying. Every employee we encountered was so kind as well. Amazing experience! And I highly recommend asking for Jenna :)

Good Old Gold is simply the best! David, along with Helen and the rest of the GOG staff, is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My husband and I worked so closely with David and he made our wedding band dreams come true. He helped us design a custom mold to make sure the ring was exactly what we wanted! We needed to come into the store so many times in preparation for our wedding and every single time they were timely and affordable. I brought a picture of my wedding gown in and David helped me pick out earrings to wear that matched absolutely perfectly with my aesthetic. My family has been coming here for 20+ years and it’s so obvious why. Shopping small business and shopping family-owned business is beyond worthwhile at Good Old Gold. 10/10 recommend every single time.

Recently got my my daughters ears pierced by Vincenza. Vincenza was wonderful. Worked with my schedule and went out of her way to accommodate me. She came back to work just to pierce my daughters ears. She was caring and kind! Would definitely recommend!
